CDS messaging test privacy
A separate notice for invited messaging testers, not ordinary portfolio visitors.
Scope and participation
Kaung Zin Hein operates the CDS messaging test service for development and hackathon demonstrations. This notice covers invited, opt-in RCS tests and any WhatsApp tests offered under this notice. It does not mean every channel is available or that a production service has launched. Browsing this portfolio is covered separately by the website privacy policy.
Participation is voluntary. Use fictional test scenarios only. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card or bank-account numbers, identity documents, health records, or real customer data. Review the test-service terms before participating.
Information processed
Messaging a test agent involves processing your phone number or messaging identifier, message contents, timestamps, message identifiers, and delivery or interaction events. Images or other attachments are included if an enabled test accepts them. Tester registration also involves your destination number and verification status. Do not send attachments unless the test explicitly calls for synthetic ones.
AWS delivery infrastructure processes this information. Depending on the enabled test configuration, inbound events and diagnostic logs may also be stored in the operator's AWS account. Emailing the contact below provides your email address and the contents of your request.
Purpose and service providers
Test information is used to verify message delivery, receive and respond to test messages, diagnose failures, and demonstrate the test workflow. It is not an invitation to submit real financial instructions. Any recording or public demonstration that identifies a tester requires separate permission; otherwise use redacted evidence and fictional content.
RCS uses AWS End User Messaging and participating RCS network providers. WhatsApp tests, when enabled, use AWS End User Messaging Social and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. These providers process information under their own terms, and processing may occur outside Canada, including in the United States. Their notices include AWS privacy and WhatsApp privacy.
This transport-test notice does not authorize sending your messages to an additional AI model or using them for model training. A later AI-enabled test must disclose its actual processing and providers before asking you to participate. Website hosting and analytics remain described in the separate website policy.
Retention and deletion
Test messages and technical events may remain in delivery systems, configured diagnostic logs, and test evidence. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule is promised by this notice. Ask the operator about the active configuration before testing if retention affects your decision to participate. Use synthetic content and keep personal information out of test messages.
You can request removal from the tester list and deletion of test information within the operator's control. Provider records, backups, and records required for security or legal obligations may not be removable immediately; the response to your request will explain any applicable limitations.
Your choices and contact
You can decline an invitation or stop testing at any time. For questions, access or correction requests, deletion, or removal from the tester list, email zin@kaungzinhein.com. Do not include sensitive data in your request. Changes that materially expand the test's processing will be explained before inviting you to the changed test.
