CDS messaging test terms
Invited testing with fictional scenarios only. No real financial transactions.
An opt-in test, not a production service
These terms apply to the CDS messaging test service operated by Kaung Zin Hein, including invited RCS tests and any WhatsApp tests offered under these terms. Participation is optional. A test agent or demonstration is not a bank, a financial institution, an emergency service, or professional advice. No real financial transactions, account freezes, or payment instructions are carried out by this test.
AWS and WhatsApp are infrastructure providers, not the operator of this test. The service does not represent or imply endorsement by AWS, Meta, a bank, or a prospective customer.
Participation and acceptable use
Join only if invited, old enough to consent where you live, and authorized to use the participating phone or messaging account. Agree to the described test before messages are sent to you. Follow its instructions and use fictional data. Do not send unsolicited messages, impersonate another person, misuse verification codes, or attempt to access information belonging to others.
Do not submit passwords, full card or account numbers, identity documents, health records, or real customer information. Do not rely on a test response for a financial, medical, legal, or safety decision. Contact your actual provider through its verified channels for real matters.
Availability and costs
Tests can be interrupted, changed, or stopped. Messages may be delayed or undelivered, and RCS availability depends on the device, carrier, and tester registration. A successful test does not guarantee production availability or future delivery. No service-level commitment is made.
Your carrier or internet provider may charge for connectivity or messaging according to your plan. Review those costs before participating. Your use of a messaging provider remains subject to its applicable terms. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Privacy and leaving a test
Read the messaging test privacy notice for information processed, providers, retention limitations, and requests. You may stop participating at any time and request removal from the tester list by emailing zin@kaungzinhein.com. Follow any opt-out instructions supplied by the enabled channel as well; do not assume a particular keyword has been configured until it is shown in the test invitation.
Changes and contact
Material changes to the test or its data processing will be explained before requesting participation in the changed test. Questions about these terms can be sent to zin@kaungzinhein.com.
